Moulton Niguel Water District public website redesign
Moulton Niguel Water District (hereafter referred to as the District), a public utility located in
south Orange County, California is currently seeking proposals for the redesign of the District's public
facing web site: www.mnwd.com. The goal of the redesign project is to modernize and update the
overall look of the site, to refocus the site on content and customer usability, and to implement a
content management system, allowing multiple employees to contribute to the site content as needed.
The estimated budget for this project is $10,000 to $25,000. The District would like to have this project
completed within six (6) months from date of award.
