This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is 36C24419Q0891 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101.
This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 334220, and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, Coatesville, PA 19320 has a Brand Name Only requirement for the supply of Motorola APX6000 portable radios and accessories. Delivery and installation completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB Destination Only, with delivery made to: Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320.
