The purpose of this FMS solicitation is to procure 89 each Motorola 4801E Radios and 1 each programming kit, or equivalent, for the country of Kenya, ARMS: F20395, FMS: KE-B-UDS.  This is a competetive , 100% small business set-aside.  Only proposals from Small Businesses will be considered.  The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.  Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA)offer.
