Mother and Infant Services
Mandatory letter of intent: March 5, 2009
The ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, (hereinafter referred to as the Department)
invites you to submit a proposal to provide fifty-eight (58) statewide slots of Mothers and Infant Services to
children in the custody of the state. Services may be provided in a residential setting or a specialized foster
home setting. A more complete description of the services sought for this project is provided in Section 3,
Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and
procedures contained herein.
