This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The solicitation number is 1282FT19R0007. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, size standard is $18 million.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Custodial Services located at the Rocky Mountain Research Station, Moscow, ID. The services includes the contractor furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision needed to perform custodial services as described herein. Custodial services applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, restrooms, office space, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, and storage areas. Cleaning shall include areas under furniture, furnishings, floor mats, rugs, and runners. If need be, the contractor will be required to move all furniture and furnishings before cleaning and restore them to their proper locations after cleaning has been completed. This contract will include a base year and four one-year options. There will be no future synopsis in the event the options included in the contract are exercised. No new work can be issued after one year following award of initial contract unless an option year is exercised.

Offerors must be registered in the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) to submit invoices to the US Forest Service. For instructions on registering with IPP, please visit the IPP website at http://www.ipp.gov.


Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of buy.
