Monument Repair
All potential bidders are advised to attend a pre-bid meeting March 24, 2010 at 10:00 AM local time.
Project Description:
1. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to entirely repoint the exterior of the Monument including repair of spalled stone, removal & replacement of bulging stone, repair of copper flashing, installation of interior and exterior weeps and resetting window frames.
2. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the existing Monument ventilation system and controls.
3. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair the existing lightning protections system.
