Monitoring and Evaluation services USAID/Tanzania

The Contractor shall design a comprehensive performance measurement, planning, monitoring and
evaluation, and reporting system to measure USAID/Tanzanias performance in achieving its objectives as laid out in its soon to be developed Country Assistance Strategy (CAS) FY 2009 2013, as well as its Operational Planning and Performance Reporting documentation. This M&E system shall be comprised of components that will enable USAID/Tanzania to fulfill its performance monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and dissemination requirements as mandated in the Automated Directives System (ADS) and other Agency guidance. Based on need, the Contractor will also assist USAID in implementing components of this system.
