Monitoring Well Development
The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (NC DENR), Division of Water Resources (NC DWR) wishes to obtain the services of a contractor to perform Monitoring Well Development in Beaufort County, North Carolina.
The NC DWR maintains two Monitoring Wells, which combined, contain approximately 1,264 gallons of water and various concentrations of drilling mud. The development process is expected to pump a good deal more than this approximate water volume in the effort to ensure each well is in good communication with the aquifer. The NC DWR's desire is to remove all visible evidence of this drilling mud and fluids, and to restore temperature, conductivity and pH measurements to stable levels. The NC DWR projects that this Monitoring Well Development project will require no more than 30 days for completion.
