Monitoring Services for ESEA
The Department of Education's Office of Educational Improvement and Innovation is responsible for monitoring expenditures and activities of school districts throughout state relating to funding under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act "Public Charter Schools" which provides increased local control of education thorugh charter schools, to allow educators the flexibility to innovate, and to provide students increased educational options within the public school system. The charter school theory is that these alternative programs will provide educational options to students that are not available within the traditional public school system.

Finance and Administration, Procurement Services issues this Request for Proposal to establish Price Agreements with multiple Contractors to provide
Program Monitoring Services.
