Monitoring, Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Repair and Purchase of Security Systems and Monitoring of Fire Protection Systems
The State is seeking proposals for the
Monitoring, Testing, Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Purchase of Equipment for Existing Security Systems and New
Installation of Security Systems, including security products/devices, installation and system integration; and for
monitoring services only for fire protection systems, including fire alarm, sprinkler and suppression systems.
The following will be included in this contract:
1. Monitoring Services for Security Systems and Fire Protection Systems to include full maintenance of monitoring
equipment.
Note: Other services or purchase of equipment for Fire Alarm, Sprinkler and Suppression Systems will not be
allowed under this contract.
2. Full Service Maintenance (FSM), Preventative Maintenance, Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Repair of
existing security system or any future systems and/or equipment installed.
3. Time and Materials (T & M) Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance and Repair of existing
security system or any future systems and/or equipment installed.
4. Purchase and Installation of Equipment for Security Systems, to include any upgrades to an existing security
system or a new security system as requested by the client agency.
