Moline IL Riverfront Comprehensive Plan Update

This Request for Proposals is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to prepare an update to three components of the Moline's Comprehensive Plan, which shall include the Moline Centre Master Plan, the Floreciente Neighborhood Plan, and the Edgewater Neighborhood Plan. The revised Comprehensive Plan elements will serve as a guide in considering policy changes, land use planning, budget preparation, capital improvement planning, zoning changes, economic opportunities/ development, transportation choices, housing/community development, disaster mitigation and recovery, sustainable development practices, etc. Proposal due date is Friday, April 19.
