This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; quotes are being requested a written solicitation will not be issued.
The 319th Contracting Flight at 295 Steen Blvd., Bldg. 242, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of a Moldboard for a 2008 John Deere 670D Motor Grader. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In order to be technically acceptable quotes must meet the salient characteristics listed in the statement of work. Quotes that do not meet the minimum specifications will not be considered technically acceptable.
All quotes must be returned to A1C Ashley Joyner Mendes NLT FRIDAY 26 APRIL 2019 at 2:00 PM CST.
This RFQ is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside; all responsible and technically acceptable offers will be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 336390: Other Motor Vehicle Parts
Manufacturing and the size standard is 1000 Employees. The Government reserves the right to hold discussions with offerors. Discussions may or may not be held with offerors; therefore, each offeror's initial quote should be complete and accurate.
One award will be made based on which offer is fully in compliance with requirements, and provides the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Offeror's must show: (1) The solicitation number; (2) The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers: (3) The name, address, and telephone number of the offeror; (4) price and discount terms; (5) Remit to address, if different than the mailing address; (6) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments, if any.
