Mojave Water Agency Financial Information System, Project #388
The purpose of this RFP is to identify a software solution to meet the Financial Information System needs of Mojave Water Agency. The Financial Information System ("System") will be technologically advanced. It will meet current and future financial management requirements.
The main focus of this RFP will be for a fund accounting system and subsidiary systems that can integrate with various individual systems currently in use throughout the Agency. In addition, the Agency desires a flexible system that can be customized to meet information needs from throughout the Agency.
The system should at a minimum provide strong project accounting and tracking as well as flexibility to provide a water inventory system that meets the needs of the Agency, either directly or through sub-contractor. The prime contractor will be responsible for project management to ensure the successful implementation and integration, should a sub-contractor be used.
The Agency desires to have the selected vendor provide software installation, implementation, training and support. The selected vendor will have appropriate warranty and maintenance agreements for product performance and support and provide on-going annual maintenance renewal options.
