Description:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, 10,000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, Florida 33744. has a need for a Modular Wall System to support a new Cancer Infusion Therapy Center. The RFQ # is 36C24819Q0384.
This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 (08-22-2018).
The combined synopsis solicitation is: 38 U.S.C. 8127
This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of a Modular Wall System as specified above in paragraph one and below in the DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT section. Responses shall be on an all or none basis, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.
MODULAR WALL SYSTEM REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is Brand Name or Equal. If an equal quote is provided, an explanation of how the equal meets or exceeds the brand name specified must be included for each item requested.
Due to building construction, the Modular Wall System shall not be delivered/installed until 4th Quarter 2019. Scheduling shall be coordinated with Contracting Officer after award of the contract.
Contractors interested in providing the Modular Wall System should submit their quote via email to Brett.cook@va.gov. All questions or inquires must be submitted no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on February 19, 2019. Email all questions to the Contract Specialist s above email address.
All quotes are due by February 22, 2019; NLT 1 PM EST via, e-mail to brett.cook@va.gov
Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
