Modular Ethernet Switch
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, intends to acquire specific Ruggedcom Modular Ethernet Switches from EC America Inc. of McLean, VA through sole source negotiations. This procurement is Firm-Fixed Price, Small Business Set Aside and shall be issued through Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The proposed Purchase Order is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond, but this notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses to the requirement. However any proposal received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government and a determination by the Government not to compete with the purposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discreation of the Government.
