The is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for market research purpose only to determine the availability of potential Women Own Small Business capable of providing the requirement described below. Potential offerors are invited to provide feedback to [email protected] . The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement.
REQUIREMENT: This requirement is for Brand Name or Equal: EQUIPTO Storage Systems
The contractor will furnish all labor, tools, equipment and supplies necessary to provide and install work centers, storage support systems and mobile isles into 23 locations throughout 10 states including Puerto Rico. Locations and item required per location are attached.
Each location has a different layout. A site visit is required to allow contractor to obtain measurements and conduct a detail product drawing.
Dates for site visit per location attached. Interested parties should have the capability to provide support to all areas listed.
All work must be accomplished to industry standards and all supplies, tools and equipment must be removed by contractor.
The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing which has a corresponding size standard of 500 employees.
The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify:
1) Offerors name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address.
2) Company's DUNS number, type of small business and Business Size.
3) Brief capability statement with enough information to determine if the company can meet the requirement.
4) Willing to meet/conduct site visit.
