The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (Agency, HFS, or Department) is seeking a qualified vendor who meets the Departments specifications to provide the following services: Modification Reviews; Employer Related Services for Income Withholding, National Medical Support Notice (NMSN), Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIB) and New Hire Reporting; Customer Service; Court Order Entry and Related Adjustments; Quality Control for Judicial Referrals; and Document Imaging services.
