Modernize Elevators in Monroe, Louisiana
This is the final amendment and notice to the Monroe Elevator solicitation.
To summarize all amendments on this solicitation:
Amendment 1 dated 3 June 2014 - this amendment changed the time of the site visit
Amendment 2 dated 5 June 2014 - this amendment indicates separate Contract Line Numbers for the Electric Elevator and the Hydraulic Elevator. NOTE: To clarify the Solicitation (page 6, paragraph II.B) please prepare separate 16 Division CSI pricing for each elevator).
Amendment 1 dated 26 June 2014 - this amendment listed questions and answers. (Due to a computer anomaly, this amendment was accidentally labeled "Amendment 1." It should have been Amendment 3)
Amendment 4 dated 1 July 2014 - this amendment extends the proposal due date one day, to 9 July 2014, and indicates pricing should arrive by email before 4:30pm. Other documents should arrive earlier by regular mail. In any dispute, the computer time on the contractor's pricing email will be the official time.
Finally - this last FBO notice has PDF versions of the Electric Elevator and the Hydraulic Elevator. These each have "PDF" on the top line of each document. These are the official documents.
To clarify the delivery of the proposal (indicated in Amendment 4): The Government will accept pricing only proposals by email to [email protected] before 4:30pm on 9 July 2014. All other documents should arrive at Public Buildings Service by mail or courier before that time. All other documents will include bid bond and signed SF1442 indicating acknowledgement of all amendments (please fill out block 19 on second page of SF1442).

If a contractor has already sent pricing by regular mail, then decides to send revised pricing by email at 4:30pm on 9 July 2014, the Government will evaluate only the last-arriving pricing.
