The modernization project includes, but is not limited to, installation of new basement traction machines, microprocessor-based controllers and associated operating devices, new motor drives, new hoist motors, new closed-loop door operators, new car door tracks, hangers and rollers, new hoistway door rollers and door locks with associated door clutch rollers, new operating fixtures and car operating panels, new wiring, selected hoistway equipment, and all code-required building work resulting from the modernization of the elevator equipment
