Mobile Storage Containers
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FA481419TF030. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: Temporary storage units.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The contractor shall provide all tools, personnel, and equipment necessary to furnish portable storage units in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government reserves the right to order all, some, or none of the requested quantity on a monthly basis. The quantities specified below are estimates only and will be used to evaluate a total price.
Proposals shall be submitted in the following format to include one (1) base year plus four (4) option years: SEE ATTACHED CLIN STRUCTURE
The containers shall be tan in color to coordinate with the paint scheme of the buildings on MacDill AFB.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101 effective 26 October 2018, DFARS DPN 20180928 effective 28 September 2018 and AFFARS AFAC 2018-0525 effective 25 May 2018. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 531130, Lessors of Miniwarehouses and Self Storage Units.
BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is determined to be technically acceptable. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded.
DELIVERY ADDRESS: The rental of the temporary storage units is to be procured on behalf of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), MacDill AFB (Tampa), FL 33621.
Also your quote must list your DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN with Company name, POC and phone number. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.sam.gov . Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
