Mobile Stage/ Sound Shell Management Services
Qualified Service Providers will provide Services for Park and Recreation for Mobile Stage and Sound Shell. Services may include but not limited to the following: transportation, setting-up and tearing down of Park and Recreation Mobile Stage and Sound Shell from various locations as assigned by Park and Recreation staff. For certain set-ups, the Service Provider will provide a qualified Sound Technician. The Mobile Stage and Sound Shell are used throughout the year with March through October being peak season for use of the Mobile Stage and Sound Shell. The locations of use, times of use and frequency of use will vary depending upon the needs of the groups that reserve the stage.
