Mobile MRI Services in support of Naval Hospital Lemoore, CA
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, intends to acquire, on a competitive small business set-aside basis, Mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services for Naval Hospital Lemoore, CA. THE DESCRIPTIVE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS REFLECTS CURRENT KNOWLEDGE AS OF THIS PRINTING. THESE FACTS MAY BE UPDATED OR REVISED ON THE ACTUAL REQUEST FOR QUOTES, WHEN ISSUED. The contractor shall provide MRI services to include a mobile MRI facility, related equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform MRI examinations. It is intended that this procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR 13.5 b Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price service contract will result from this solicitation.
It is anticipated that the basic performance period will be 01 October 2014 through 30 September 2015, with a 30 day start-up period making award by 01 September 2014. It is further anticipated that an additional four (4) one-year option periods will be included for a total maximum of five (5) years of service if all options are exercised. This is 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation, N00189-14-T-Z206, is anticipated to be released by 18 June 2014 and will be made available electronically upon its release to www.neco.navy.mil.
