This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.
This solicitation (36C24519Q0693) is 100% set aside for SDVOSB VIP verified vendors for Mobile Extracorporeal Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Estimated quantities are 20 procedures per year. All questions must be received via email to Anthony.Schmidt@va.gov by 08/16/19 @11:00AM EST. Closing date is 08/23/19@3:00PM EST.
The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02 (eff. 05/06/19 & 06/05/19) and VAAR Update 2008-14 (eff. 06/12/19).
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621999, with a small business size standard of $15.0 million.
The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Submissions shall be received not later than 3:00 PM ET August 23, 2019. All documents shall be submitted via email to Anthony.Schmidt@va.gov on or before the closing date and time of the solicitation. No other submission formats will be accepted. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f).
