This is a market survey for a project titled: The Aerospace Medical Education Division Mobile Course Hosting & Evaluation Programs

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting a Market Survey for The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI), Aerospace Medical Education Division (AAM-400) to identify interested and capable Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), SBA recognized 8(a) sources, and/or any other source; that can provide all the elements of the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) bMobile Course Hosting & Evaluation Programsb The FAA intends to review all responses to this market survey to establish the acquisition strategy in terms of contract type and contract vehicles currently in place with interested sources capable to fulfill all the requirements of the Contract and SOW that will support this effort. The FAA seeks the following information with the interested partiesb response.
Background and Scope of Work:
According to the Statement of Work, the software system must meet all the Legal, System, Test, Make up/Remedial Test, Completion Report, Enrollment, Administration and Other requirements described within that document. In addition, any interested vendors should provide any Instrumentation used in dynamic tests or usage of the software service system.
The requirement will be for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time but will issue a formal SIR/RFP once market analysis is complete.

The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense.
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED BY INTERESTED VENDORS:

1.    Contractor Size, NAICS Codes and Capability Statement with a detailed narrative that fully outlines and describes how its bMobile Course Hosting & Evaluation Programsb along with its software and integration will meet all the requirements as outlined in the Draft SOW. Provide information which fully supports its capabilities.
2.    Potential Partnership Agreements
3.    Current Contracts (I.E. GSA Schedules; eFAST MOA; Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) etc. currently in place or that will be place within the next 60 days).
Respondents must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov).

Attached is a draft of the SOW. Respondents are encouraged to review the statement of work.
