Mobile Capture and Reporting System
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to ascertain the availability of software solutions in the electronic crash and citation data collection area, the scalability of the solution infrastructure to be a viable statewide solution and the cost models (e.g., state, agency, citizen) associated with implementing the solution. The Department has 2 programs to collect crash data electronically, including the Mobile Capture and Reporting (MCR) system and the 3rd Party XML-based crash data transfer web service.
