Mobile Automatic Power Source/Hertz Converter

THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT PAY FOR INFORMATION RESULTANT TO THIS SYNOPSIS.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
The 52nd Maintenance squadron is currently anticipating a requirement for two (2) each PKC 3rd Generation Mobile Power Test Stand Units with ISE Frequency Converter, Model PK630-3IB Brand Name or Equal. These systems operate primarily on 50/60 Hz, with an input voltage range from 208 through 480 VAC, three phase, and provides output voltages of 115 VAC, 400 Hz, three phase at 30 amps. It also includes Wide Range Automatic Power Source and System Protection that provides level 4 surge protection; and enables the system to detect a phase imbalance, and auto correct the voltage difference between the 3 phases.
Proposed contract type will be firm-fixed price with delivery 30 days ARO.
Solicitation No: FA560619QA006 will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335312. No Set-Asides will be used and RFQ will be solicited for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award (See internet site: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1). Payment for this acquisition will be made electronically through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF to include German vendors, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil/ for registration.
