Mixed Use Development Project
Proposed mixed-use development concepts must include a minimum of 300 limited service or boutique hotel rooms and should also include and describe any concepts for office, retail, and residential development. Proposed residential development must be designed for urban living and must be aesthetically and functionally compatible with redevelopment of the area, adopted plans, and the Citys goals and objectives for the area. The selected development team will be expected to work with area stakeholders as appropriate, and City staff to prepare a finalized development plan.
