Mixed Use Development Manual
The Town seeks a consultant or a team of consultants to generate a Mixed Use Development Manual which includes: (1) an adoption-ready Town-specific zoning ordinance to encourage mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented development in specific location in the Town; (2) mixed-use design standards for the private and public realms; and (3) related mixed-use design guidelines.
