Mixed Use Development
The City is soliciting highly qualified developers with experience in designing, developing, and building traditional Main Street styled, village scale, mixed use districts, to respond to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). The City’s objective is to negotiate agreements with one or more qualified developers who are interested in designing, developing, constructing, and managing a development that will consist of a mix of uses that promote a compact, pedestrian scaled environment with buildings that are compatible with parcels located within Downtown.
