The Redevelopment Agency ("RDA") for the County is accepting qualifications (Request For Qualifications, "RFQ") from qualified developers interested in acquiring or ground leasing the property known as the Mission Plaza Shopping Center. The Mission Plaza Shopping Center consists of a planned Shopping Center which will consist of multiple retail buildings to be constructed by a selected Respondent. The Mission Plaza Project ("Project") will be situated on approximately 13.8 acres, located at 5714 through 5786 Mission Boulevard, Riverside, California (future city of Jurupa Valley).
