SOW OBJECTIVE
The MRST Mission Planning COI contract will provide experienced and qualified personnel to develop, facilitate, and instruct mission planning in accordance with Joint Publication 5.0 and the USCG Advanced Interdiction Mission Planning TTP that will bring a doctrinally acceptable and standardized approach to the mission planning process supporting MRST operations for the unit's senior enlisted members and commissioned officers.
