Amendment 02 of the solicitation is issued to extend the RFP closing date from 12 Dec 2017, 2:00PM EST to 04 January 2018, 2:00 PM EST.
Nomenclature changes were made to Attachment 5 PRICING MODEL V1.1 specifically POC was updated to remove Jessica Stogner and replace with Betty Norris. Disagreement between file name and version within the document are now resolved. Most up-to-date version is Attachment 5 PRICING MODEL V.2.0.

For Information Purposes: The For proposal purposes the estimated effective date of contract award is December 2018. Offerors are requested to allow their offeror acceptance period to read at least 365 days.
The due date for questions regarding this solicitation is 20 November 2017 5:00 EST and all questions shall be submitted to IndustryFeedback.fct@navy.mil.

An updated Q&A 16R0026 has been posted, in response to the DRAFT RFP Changes from 9/29/2016. Further this update also provides the "compare version" of the changes from the 11 May 2017 Draft RFP to the 29 September 2017 Draft RFP.
