Miscellaneous Dental Equipment, Hand Instruments and Supplies
This Invitation for bid (ITB) and resultant contract award is for the general procurement of miscellaneous dental equipment,
hand instruments and supplies to be used in dental clinics and or dental offices for patient care on a routine, daily basis -
i.e.: high/low speed dental hand pieces, dental dams, dental powders, tray covers, disposable prophy angles, pliers,
scalers, patient bibs, stainless crowns, dental solutions, dental pastes, etc. - but not be limited to include other related
areas (equipment/instrumentation) such as dental chairs, autoclaves/sterilizers, processors, x-ray units, cameras,
compressors, cavatrons, suction pumps, purging devices, stools, illumination systems, all related various dental
consumables, supplies and accessories, etc. All products distributed under the resultant contract are to be in complete
compliance, acceptable quality levels (AQL) and accordance with ANSI/ADA and FDA applicable standards/regulations. It
is extremely important that bidder is able to supply a complete or vast variety of dental items
(equipment/products/supplies/consumables).
