Miscellaneous Bulk Gases & Gas Cylinder Tanks
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items" in conjunction with the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items". The ceiling for the anticipated single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is $2,000,000.00 for 5 years. The minimum guarantee for this requirement is $95,000.00 and is applicable ONLY to the first year of the 5 year ordering period. The first task order will be separately issued to the awardee under the contract to satisfy the minimum guaranteed amount on the contract for deliveries that are to be made within the first year of the contract.
