The Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure multiple med/surg Medtronic Minimed items. DELIVERY WILL BE DUE IN 10 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER.
The quantities indicated are total quantities required:

The Product Code is 6515, Medical Surgical; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 339112 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government anticipates making one firm-fixed-price awards. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency.
Solicitation package VA255-15-Q-0404 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around January 28, 2015 No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor Fedbizopps for changes or amendments.
