The intent of this project is to conceptualize, design, and provide design support for a 16,050
SF new outpatient mental health and 7,240 SF renovated outpatient mental health unit. All work shall comply
with all applicable building codes, and VA. specifications. All work must meet the V.A. design guide criteria.
The design must be LEED Silver Certified.
