Minor Lab/Office Renovations
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to:
- Remove existing 2'x4' ceiling tiles.
- Remove existing 2'x4' ceiling grid system.
- Install new 2'x2' ceiling grid system.
- Install 2'x2' USG #4221 Olympia tegular ceiling tiles throughout.
- At locations of demolished wall, install metal studs, sheetrock, corner bead, tape, float, texture (painting by Owner).
Remove all job related materials and clean work areas.
Owner furnished and installed:
- Existing light fixtures to be rearranged or removed as necessary for new ceiling system.
- Flooring modifications.
- Painting of existing and new walls.
