Minor Home Repair and Weatherization
The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors who are capable of
performing minor home repair and weatherization services required by the Alameda County
Community Development Agency (CDA) Lead Poisoning Prevention Department (LPPD).
The County intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a three year contract to the
bidder(s) selected as most capable of meeting the Countys requirements.
