This project includes the construction of TH 610 from CSAH 81 to TH 169 in the city limits of Maple Grove and Brooklyn Park in Hennepin County. The project includes construction of approximately 2.75 miles of new four-lane freeway.

The Project generally consists of grading, surfacing, bridge construction, drainage, ponds, noise walls, retaining walls, signals, lighting, signing and traffic control. Additional major responsibilities include but not be limited to environmental coordination, public relations, permitting, and utility coordination.
