The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), through its Performance Measurement & Quality Improvement Division (State), is seeking Proposals from qualified External Quality Review Organizations (EQRO) to re-procure professional and technical consulting services to assist in the design, implementation and management of an annual External Quality Review of Managed Care Organizations for calendar year 2008. At DHS discretion, there will be an option of four annual extensions of the contract. The initial contract and annual extensions will not exceed five years.
