Ministry of Health (MOH) Support - Accountability and Partnerships
The purpose of this statement of work (SOW) is to carry out an assessment to support the Ministry of Health (MOH) build capacity for enhancing critical strategic partnerships and implement reforms that lead to Uganda's vision 2040 of a healthy and productive population that contributes to socio-economic growth and national development. The assignment will illuminate critical challenges and gaps in the system that allow MOH to have strategic thinking and direction of interventions that are within the manageable interests of the sector to contribute towards improving health outcomes in Uganda.
