Millipore Hormone Test Kit
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is to procure a brand name product for all items in this requirement. Further clarification on the items are listed below. The statutory authority for this brand name procurement is 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1 (c).
The government requires that all contractors must be registered with System for Award
Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register to SAM, please access the following website:
https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a
separate written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a
quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. All proposals
received will be reviewed and evaluated by technical capability; delivery schedule and price.
