Miller St. Janitorial
The Ochoco National Forest is soliciting quotes for Janitorial Services at the Miller St. Compound at 75 SE Miller St. Bend, OR on the Deschutes National Forest. There are 4 buildings where Janitorial services will be performed. Services will be required as indicated in the solicitation.
This procurement will require the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where avaiable, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program. www.biopreferred.gov
This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 - Janitorial Services, with an $18M size standard. Service Contract Labor Standards Act wage rates will apply.
A Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded for a twelve-month Base Period (from approximately April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019); and four (4) one-year Option Years from approximately April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2023.
