Military Vehicle Program
This RFP addresses the Government's intent to award up to three (3) TD contracts covering a TD phase for efforts to be performed within 27 months. The Government desires to make up to three (3) awards utilizing a best value contracting strategy. The Government intends to award Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract(s) for this phase. Selection of the the offeror(s) for this phase will be based on the assessment of proposals submitted in response to this RFP and evaluated in accordance with Section M.
