Military Geospatial Support (MGS)- Bridge Contract
Synopsis:
The U S Army Corps of Engineers, Army Geospatial Center (AGC), Warfighter Geospatial Support & Production Directorate, Alexandria, VA intends to award multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Firm Fixed Price bridge contracts with a one (1) year ordering period. Each contract will be awarded with a minimum base contract amount of $20,000.00 and a maximum value of $9.9M over the life of the contract. This requirement has been 100% set-aside to SMALL BUSINESSES. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541370, Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) services. The small business size determination will be $14.0 million. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM). This acquisition is in support of GIS Support Services for Military Geospatial Support Terrain and Hydrologic Analysis, Databases and Studies at Alexandria, VA. Services include the creation, maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of data using a Geographic Information System (GIS). This includes the development, maintenance and support of consistent, accurate, and easily accessible GIS data layers using ESRI and GIS software; Microsoft Access; ERDAS, ENVI, and SOCET image software; and other commercially available geospatial products. Additional support includes GIS program and project support, GIS data and maintenance, spatial data standards compliance, mapping and analysis support, geo-database modeling, geospatial data collection, visualization and dissemination of GIS data to web services, support of the AGC web portal, GIS training and GIS software development. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 Jun 2014. The award of the contracts shall be based upon a quote mark Best value quote mark analysis and evaluation.
