16. Description: One clean approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 300,000 bbls of F76 in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Minimum speed of 13 knots. Max LOA is 260 meters and Max Draft is 13.5 meters. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
