Microsoft Software Enterprise Agreement-3 Year Renewal
Proposals will be received until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 for our Microsoft Software Enterprise Agreement. We are seeking to renew the agreement for 565 licenses of various Microsoft software components to include the Windows Operating system, Microsoft Office, Exchange, SharePoint, etc. We will also renew license for 65 servers to use Microsoft server software. This contract will be for a three year period, starting from November, 2009 (the expiration of our previous contract). A list of items to be included in the agreement is attached to this advertisement.
