Microsoft Select, Enterprise, and Academic Software
With this solicitation, South Carolina's Information Technology Management Office seeks to establish a state-wide contract with up to three approved Microsoft Licensing Program Resellers in order to facilitate the acquisition by South Carolina state and local governmental units of licenses for Microsoft software. The scope of the proposed contract is limited to Microsoft products provided pursuant to a Microsoft Volume Licensing Program, including only the Microsoft Select License Program, Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Program, or Microsoft Academic Select Licensing Program. The scope of the contract will not include installation, implementation, training, or consulting services.
MAXIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD - ESTIMATED (January 2006): August 9, 2006 through August 8, 2011. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. See clause entitled "Term of Contract Effective Date / Initial Contract Period".
