Microsoft Products and Associated Services Notice of Intent
The Washington State Department of Information Services (DIS) announces the publication of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Microsoft Products and Associated Services. The Department of Information Services (DIS), an agency of the State of Washington, will be entering into an updated Select Agreement and an updated Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft Corporation. Orders for Products and Services purchased under these agreements will be processed by DIS and sent to a single Microsoft Large Account Reseller (LAR) for order fulfillment.
The LAR selected as a result of this RFP will provide Licensed and Non-Licensed Products and Services to DIS. DIS will make Microsoft Products and Services available to itself and to DIS Customers, comprised of other State agencies and local governments.
DIS published the RFP Number T08-RFP-031 prior to the close of business on January 24, 2008 with responses due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 28, 2008. It is requested that Vendors submit an optional "letter of intent" by Tuesday, February 12, 2008.
A Mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held in Olympia at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2008, at the Department of Information Services Forum Board Room, Forum Building 605 11th Ave SE Olympia WA, 98504-2445.
