Microsoft Consulting Services
ACC-APG Huachuca Division is seeking eligible contractors to provide Microsoft Consulting Services as outlined in attached Draft PWS.
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract for Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) and Microsoft Premier Support (MPS) Services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). The contract will be awarded for a 36 month period of performance. The anticipated period of performance is 22 April 2019 to 21 April 2022. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541513; Computer Facilities Management Services, with a business size standard of $27.5 Million.

All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice.
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after the date of publication of this Sources Sought Notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
